RegWatchEurope has issued an Opinion on the Commission’s plans for the implementation process and for simplification. We welcome the wide-ranging nature of the initiatives but point to weaknesses that need to be attended to. We draw special attention to the instrument of Implementation workshops, which we consider very valuable and in need of a more prominent profile.
